Criminal activity can include copying the look and design of a garment, our copyrighted images and text in combination with crude versions of the technology behind our product. Our technology is not available to third parties and there could be significant concerns over temperature accuracy, reliability and durability of copies whether they are branded Babyglow or not.

To help you to ensure that you have a genuine Babyglow product with a quality guarantee we have now created a global database of unique numbers which have been applied to all packs or boxes that have been produced and shipped from the 1st of January 2011. No two packs have the same number, wherever in the world they are purchased.

Please use the code on the sticker you can find on your Babyglow pack and register your unique code below. The system will tell you if your item is authentic* and will send you an email for you to keep for future reference.
